| As easy as 1-2-3, anyone in your firm who needs to lay their hands on the physical case file can now do so by simply looking at the case screen in Perfect Practice®. The location of the file will have gotten there by an easy download of information from the scanner to Perfect Practice®. |
- Use our report writer to print bar code labels and affix them to the physical file.
- The second step is to scan the bar code on the files by using the hand-held scanner. Some firms do this daily, others only every few days. How often you opt to do this should simply depend on how frequently the files get moved around the office.
- The scanner we offer is the Unitech PT600 Portable Data Collection Terminal. It provides a convenient one-handed operation, an easy to read LCD display and a rechargeable battery.
- The final step is to export the data from the scanner into Perfect Practice®.
